I reached out to this dealership recommended body repair facility for a fender bender on a decidedly new vehicle. The folks in charge took immediate control of the situation and assessed the task quickly. The rear fender was realigned - professionally- lickety splint - and the scraped parts buffed, primed and painted in a most excellent manner. Couldn't be more pleased. Great value!Posted on Yelp

Amy M.31 August 2026They are incredible! Our car had been hit and we were flustered. They walked us through the process and helped us with the insurance as well as a car rental. Not just that, they went above and beyond to make sure to find a rental that fit our family(family of 6). The communication was great every step of the way. They got the work done in a timely manner and they were quick to get our vehicle back to us. Of course the most important part is that they did an incredible job, our car looks as good as new. They went above and beyond by polishing and detailing the entire truck, making it look like it had just come off the showroom floor. Their pricing was very competitive, and they stand behind their work with a guarantee. Overall, this is a fantastic shop with exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. Sharon R.25 August 2026The customer service and attentiveness provided by Pablo and the team were outstanding. You feel like a celebrity walking through the door. They are kind and welcoming. They will assess your vehicle, coordinate with the insurance company and get you on your way quickly. If you need a rental, they have a partnership with a rental company (Midway) that has very reasonable daily & weekly rates (if your insurance company doesn't cover rentals). They will connect you to the rental company and the vehicle is waiting for you on-site. They provide updates while your vehicle is getting its glow-up, work well with the insurance adjusters if anything needs to be added and will return your car as good as new! I can’t say enough great things about ER Collision and Auto Body Shop! From start to finish, their professionalism and kindness stood out. TravisER Collision body shop is absolutely amazing. Took it from a tragedy so now I feel like I’m driving a brand new car. They even did a complete outside and interior deep clean and made my life a lot better and smooth and were even trustworthy with my rental. I greatly appreciate all their efforts. Al RoweI was looking for a top rated collision repair shop in or near Huntington Beach. Google search showed ER Collision as the best rated shop with all great reviews. I took my car and met with Eric. Was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. thought I only needed a "spoiler" repainted and 1 door protector replaced. Eric showed me a couple other things that needed repair and gave me a fair price so I decided to have those done while the car was there. picked the car up this morning and was very pleased with the result. Eric and his crew have my business from now on and I'm only too happy to recommend ER Collision to family and friends, even folks I don't know if they ask for a recommendation!Posted on Google
Colleen HennesseyWe can not say enough good things about our recent experience having our car repaired after a collision that damaged all 4 eim, driver side body damage & suspension damage that left the car undriveable. We were tested with respect, understanding & professionalism from everyone in using Anthony who answered our first call but especially Fernando. Fernando stayed in contact with us, keeping us updated on parts & repair work being done. Our car was returned looking better than new, was washed, waxed & even the headlamp covers had been scrubbed clean. Linda GoldsheftI was not able to open the rear left gate on my car as the antenna on the roof had been knocked off. Took the car to a body shop in FV and was told that the hydraulics had been knocked out of line and were leaking oil, the whole frame was off - and they could fix it for $2000. I then took the car to ER Collision and they were INCREDIBLE. So accommodating, friendly and helpful. Within 15 minutes their mechanic had worked his magic and the rear door worked perfectly, and assured me (and I could see) that nothing was out of line and there was no oil leak, the hydraulic rods were as they should be. The only thing I had to buy was a new cover for the antenna! I only have the highest recommendation for ER Collision. The staff went above and beyond to help me, and did an excellent job. Kudos to them all round, along with my grateful thanks. Please use their services should the need arise.Posted on Google
