From start to finish, their professionalism and kindness stood out. They made what could have been a stressful experience so easy and smooth. Not only did they finish my car much faster than I expected, but the quality of their work was absolutely beautiful. My car looks brand new! On top of that, their attention to detail was impeccable—they waxed and detailed the interior and exterior, leaving everything spotless and shining. The shop itself was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which reflects their dedication to excellence in everything they do. I was looking for a top rated collision repair shop in or near Huntington Beach. Google search showed ER Collision as the best rated shop with all great reviews. I took my car and met with Eric. Was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. thought I only needed a "spoiler" repainted and 1 door protector replaced. Eric showed me a couple other things that needed repair and gave me a fair price so I decided to have those done while the car was there. picked the car up this morning and was very pleased with the result. We can not say enough good things about our recent experience having our car repaired after a collision that damaged all 4 eim, driver side body damage & suspension damage that left the car undriveable. We were tested with respect, understanding & professionalism from everyone in using Anthony who answered our first call but especially Fernando. Fernando stayed in contact with us, keeping us updated on parts & repair work being done. Our car was returned looking better than new, was washed, waxed & even the headlamp covers had been scrubbed clean. I was not able to open the rear left gate on my car as the antenna on the roof had been knocked off. Took the car to a body shop in FV and was told that the hydraulics had been knocked out of line and were leaking oil, the whole frame was off - and they could fix it for $2000. I then took the car to ER Collision and they were INCREDIBLE. So accommodating, friendly and helpful. Within 15 minutes their mechanic had worked his magic and the rear door worked perfectly, and assured me (and I could see) that nothing was out of line and there was no oil leak, the hydraulic rods were as they should be. The only thing I had to buy was a new cover for the antenna! I only have the highest recommendation for ER Collision. The staff went above and beyond to help me, and did an excellent job.
